Manual Traffic exchanges are a very good way to get real people to see your website or
advertisements. You've probably noticed that I said "Manual" Traffic Exchanges, there are 2 types of
traffic exchanges, Manual and Auto. I only use Manual exchanges as the Auto exchanges are, in my opinion, a
waste of time because it's rare that anyone ever sees your website. The Manual Exchanges require members
to click to visit the next site. Listed below are some of the best manual traffic exchanges on the internet,
they are listed in no particular order. If you are not a member of the traffic exchange, First click the
join button and follow the signup process of the site listed, then you can return here and enter your user id.
If you are already a member of a listed exchange, simply enter your user id and click login. After you have
joined (or entered your user id) you can scroll down and create a page to use for promotion and start building
your own downline in the listed programs.

Safelists
Safelists are another good means of advertising your web site or web programs. To sum up the way a Safelist works, You join the
safelist and send out email ads to other members of the safelist. Each safelist is different in the ways they allow members to send mail.
Safelists are setup to either Mail using a "time delay" or by "credits system". Time delay safelists will allow Free members to send Once
or Twice a week, and upgraded members can send email Every 24 hours, 48 hours, usually every day. A credit system allows members to send
email based on credits they have in their account. Mailing the member base will normally cost the member 1 credit per 1 email sent. Members
can earn credits many different ways in these type of Safelists. To use the Safelist Downline Builder, Join the safelist by clicking Join,
if you are already a member of a list, simply enter your user id. After you have joined all the lists you can click generate page and create
your own Safelist Downline Builder.
