Membership Terms and User Agreement:

Memberships are available from 1 - 3 Levels

• 6 Month Memberships...if renewed before expiration, the price will never increase.
• 12 Month Memberships... if renewed before expiration, the price will never increase.
• Lifetime Membership for $129.00, non-renewable, and you will never receive a price increase or additional fees.
• With the exclusion of exclusive software, which does not come as part of the membership, members may sell any of our products on a retail basis
• Members may not sell any products from a membership/partnership site without the express written permission of Acorn WebWorks, Inc.
• Membership rights do not include rights to the Reselling4Profit.com website, membership script, or any portion or duplication thereof
• With the exclusion of exclusive software, which does not come as part of the membership, members may bundle software together to form a 'package'
• With the exclusion of exclusive software, which does not come as part of the membership, members may give away software.
• Members may sell software with resell rights.
• Members may sell resell rights license to those products that come with Master resell rights.

As an active member, you agree to receive periodic messages from Reselling4Profit.com and Acorn WebWorks, Inc..

In the event of any legal proceeding between Reselling4Profit.com or Acorn WebWorks, Inc. and a user of this site, both parties agree that any litigation will be filed and any and all court proceedings will be held in Bloomington, Indiana, USA.

Services are available only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Without limiting the foregoing, our services are not available to minors.

Users agree to provide support to those whom the user may sell or otherwise provide any/all software, script or other downloadable merchandise to, from Reselling4Profit.com. This includes those items which user may have branded to user's name/site. Reselling4Profit.com will not be respnsible for support to your customers. However, we will support any software that is defective or not in operation.

Reselling4Profit.com reserves the right to amend this agreement at any time.

You can cancel your membership at any time. However, be forewarned. Once you cancel, you can not renew. You will have to join as a new member.
